1.What are Beautfeel’s shipping options?

We take pride in providing a range of secured local and worldwide shipping options. We are happy to offer three shipping methods: Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Urgent Shipping. Please note that the time frame in Shipping & Returns policy is stated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you want to upgrade your shipping method after the order is placed, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you accordingly.

2.Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

4.How to place an order?

First, choose products you love and enjoy customizing them. When you're ready, hit "Checkout."

Enter the shipping details where you can reliably receive packages. Choose a suitable payment method and complete your order.

5.How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 2-3 day processing period, standard shipping take by a 5-10 days period, expedited shipping take by a 4-7 days period.

In total, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your items. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

6.When will I get the tracking number?

The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is ready to ship. If you don't see any updates in the tracking for 14 days, please email us at service@embroiderchic.com. We will investigate the issue and get back to you promptly.

7.Is my photo good enough to use?

If You Followed Our Photo Guidelines, Then Yes Your Photo Is Very Likely Good Enough To Use.

• Make Sure The Photo Is Taken In Good Lighting (Outdoor Daylight Is Best)

• Try To Take The Photo At Eye Level With Your Pet

• They Don't Need To Be Looking At The Camera

• Try To Get A Close Up So We Can See Your Pet's Unique Features

• Make Sure The Photo Is Not Blurry And High Resolution ( 1.5 Mb + )

• Make Sure No Features (E.G. Ears!) Are Out Of Frame - We Can't Add Them If They Aren't In The Original Photo

• Ensure That The Fur Color In The Photo Is Not Affected By Bad Lighting. If The Fur In The Photo Is Not Accurate To Real Life, The Fur In The Design Won't Be Either
